What to do

Prior to arriving for your first massage, complete the Health Information Form from the Client Forms section of the website and email to GriffinTLynch@gmail.com

Undress to your level of comfort and lie face down on the table covering yourself with the top sheet. The room should be comfortably warm, but if you feel chilly, grab a blanket from the wire bin. For a standard full-body massage most people choose to leave on just their briefs/undies, if anything at all.  Rest assured that you will be securely draped with the top sheet throughout the massage and your private parts will absolutely remain private.

The most important part of an effective massage is your comfort, so please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like me to make any adjustments to the room temperature, music volume, pressure applied, etc.

Use the hooks and chair to store your clothes and belongings. The restroom is to the left of the massage room.
